	Direct Deposit Direct deposit of paychecks is offered to all employees.
	Referral Bonus Program The purpose of this program is to give each and every individual on the TriCom team an opportunity to share in the growth and development of the company. Bonuses are paid for referring people we hire, or referring an opening that we fill.
	401k Retirement Plan TriCom offers a 401(k) plan with excellent fund choices through John Hancock. The plan includes an employer match of 20% up to 6% of employee deferrals.
	Group Medical Coverage TriCom offers major medical insurance through Humana. The plan is a PPO and encompasses a nationwide network of medical providers (Kansas City based employees can pick between the PPO or an HMO plan).
	Dental Insurance TriCom offers dental coverage through Humana.
	Short Term Disability, Life Insurance and AD&D Short Term Disability, Life, and AD&D is provided to all employees with no out of pocket cost to the employee.
	Section 125 Plan The Section 125 Plan allows your payments for health benefits to be deducted on a pre-tax basis.
	Vacation/PTO Vacation/Personal Paid Time Off accrues at .05 hours for every hour worked, beginning immediately.  Unused accrued time may be carried over from one calendar year to the next.
	Holiday TriCom observes eight (8) paid holidays per calendar year.
